Dawn Willis

Dawn Willis is the Community Relations Manager for Orlando Health representing the South Central Region and Midwest Regions.

Orlando Health is a 100 year old Healthcare system with headquarters in Downtown Orlando. Dawn has worked with Orlando Health since October 2018. Prior to joining Orlando Health, Dawn was the publisher of the Observer Media Group. Dawn joined the Observer Media Group in 2014 and took over as Publisher of the 3 weekly papers and websites serving the West Orange Community. Prior to joining the Observer, Dawn spent 17 Years in management positions with The New York Times and The Ledger Media Group in Polk County, publishing daily print and online newspapers and magazines.

Dawn has served on The West Orange Chamber of Commerce Executive Board and Board of Directors. Dawn has served on several committees for the West Orange Chamber of Commerce. Dawn served as the Board Chair for the Roper YMCA for 2 years and currently serves on Winter Garden Board. Dawn also serves on the Osceola Chamber of Commerce Four Corners Board and Steering Committee for One Vision. The West Orange Chamber of Commerce awarded Dawn, The Chairman’s Award In 2019. Dawn was awarded Who’s Who in Horizon West in March 2021.

Dawn has lived in Lakeland for 11 years and raised her family in Polk County. Dawn is married and has 2 children and 3 grandchildren.

Ryan is vested in career education, supporting our educators, and expecting well-prepared graduates from our school system. Ryan is also LKLD Leads first Business Partner of the Year Award Winner, as he has shown years of engagement with our local high schools. Ryan DelliVeniri is the President of IDX, a full-service branded goods provider for organizations with complex supply chain and ROI specific product needs. Ryan leads the team; armed with a strong vision for the future, a heart for company culture, and a passion for seeing clients succeed.

During his 21 years with IDX, Ryan has also served as Production Manager, Business Development Manager, VP Sales & Marketing, and COO. In these roles he orchestrated the organization’s pivot into a national sales strategy, fueled by new production and fulfillment departments, resulting in an 1,100% increase in revenue over the past 10 years.

Ryan has lived in Lakeland since 2001 and attended Florida Southern College. Outside of his role at IDX, he is a loving father of four and spends his free time serving in the community. Ryan is Vice President for the Polk County American Advertising Federation chapter, the Chairman for the Polk County Public Schools District Advisory Council, Board Member for Hope House, Technical Advisor and Corporate Member for Catapult, and active member of Highland Park Church of the Nazarene.
