Kevin Bailey, General Manager, MaxPak

His career started 1997 in the corrugated box business in Atlanta, GA working for LinPac, Inc a company Headquartered out of Lincolnshire, England. It was there that he learned the process papermaking and corrugated converting with rolls of paper to sheet-form and then converted into boxes. He worked in key roles throughout the facility from the plant floor, scheduling, customer service and sales for 4 years. In 2001 took his knowledge and skills and relocated to Miami, FL working for anther corrugated box company Interstate Container (now DS Smith) where he sold corrugated products in the Southeastern US, Latin America and Caribbean export markets. Responsibilities included development of product structure, P&L review, researching markets and streamlining long-term relationships for key developmental growth. In 2008 Schwarz Partners acquired the Interstate Container facility, and a year later he was relocated to the Lakeland, FL plant (MaxPak) with Schwarz Partners Packaging and spent 11yrs continuing to foster relationships for growth for the Lakeland facility as the Sales Manager. In early 2020, he moved into the General Manger role for MaxPak a Division of The Royal Group. His responsibilities now include a Manufacturing facility producing over $125+ million in annual sales, Warehouse Distribution and Fulfillment services to the Southeastern US and Caribbean markets. Kevin has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with Specialization on Management.

He is active in the community working with various programs within Lakeland such as Kids Pack, Youth Sports Programs, Board Member with the MSCA of Mid Florida and Member of the LEDC. He resides in south Lakeland with his wife Caitlin and 3 kids Carley, Cayden and Kacen.

Bill Crowe, Executive Director, Mid-Florida Manufacturing & Supply Chain Alliance

Bill grew up in Massachusetts and graduated UMass with a BBA and UNH with an MBA. Bill had a 35 year career with ITW, a multi national manufacturing company and held positions in finance, operations and M&A. He moved to Lakeland in 2006. Prior affiliations includes SCORE and Junior Achievement.

Christina Criser Jackson, President & CEO, United Way Central Florida

Christina Criser Jackson is the President and CEO of United Way of Central Florida. She is dedicated to inspiring Highlands, Hardee, and Polk counties to give, advocate and volunteer by identifying needs and mobilizing vetted resources to create positive, local change.  

A graduate of the University of Florida, she has dedicated her life to nonprofit work. With a master’s degree in family, youth and community sciences, Christina is passionate about improving lives and strengthening our community. Starting her career at United Way Worldwide, Christina has served our Central Florida community for over 15 years.  

Civic, local, education, and faith driven service is a priority in her volunteer work. She serves on the Indigent Healthcare Citizens Oversight Committee. She is a board member of University of Florida Alumni Association, GiveWell Community Foundation, Polk Vision, and Association of Fundraising Professionals Florida Caucus. She is a member of Leadership Polk XVI, Leadership Lakeland XXX, and a sustaining member of the Junior League. Christina is also a graduate of the UWW Advanced Leadership Program.
